I have an oil issue and your business/employee assisted me and informed me in detail of the oil issue. Some work was done of my vehicle and I was also given follow instructions. At NO CHARGE!!!! Even though it was a minor issue this time it was still an hour out of their schedule. I will definitely bring my vehicle back;)

We were very happy with our service from Ed's. They gave a quote and stayed with in that price. Very honest and we trust them with all our vehicles.

Our 07 Escape acted up this past Thurs. I was able to baby it home. I made an appt. and Ed's got me in right away. Within a couple of hours they had the problem diagnosed and estimate prepared. A return phone call and the work was underway and completed early that afternoon. The SUV has ran great ever since. I really appreciated that on the work order my description of the problem was included. I did NOT have to talk to 3 different people and re-explain the situation. They take good notes, listen well, and ask the right questions. The repair costs were very reasonable and the final bill was less the estimate! When does that happen these days? Great job that got us out of a tight spot. Thanks Ed's!
