From the moment I called and spoke to Alex to make an appointment, to the next day bringing my 2019 Subaru Outback in and chatting with Brian, I knew my vehicle was going to be well taken care of. My first 6000 mile service was due: oil change and tire rotation. I was a bit nervous, as I had a horrible experience with the local dealer's service department (that dragged out for over 8 months) and vowed I would NEVER go back, even for my first "free" oil change. I'm SO glad I found Ed's! Their staff put me completely at ease. Locally owned, professional, friendly service team. I was back in my vehicle within an hour and am thankfully satisfied. I fully trust Ed's with my service from now on.

Ed's Car Care Center is simply the BEST! When you arrive at Ed's, you will be warmly greeted by the office staff of Brian, Casey, and/or Alex. They are always personable and professional. The mechanics mirror the office staff. They quickly diagnose the problem with your vehicle and give an accurate estimate of the cost and time required to perform the repair. If you're not able to drop off your vehicle between the hours of 8a - 6p, they have a great exterior drop-off envelope system to leave your keys and comments as you slip the completed envelope through the slot in the office door. Brian rigged up a great lock box next to the office door for your keys in the event you can't pick your vehicle up during regular hours. Ed's always contacts us via email when our vehicles are due for their oil changes. I really appreciate the reminders. It eliminates the possibility of overlooking the importance of protecting the engine due to our always busy schedules. All the aforementioned keeps our cars in tip-top shape, and we really appreciate the friendly and professional staff. After many years of service, I continue to rate Ed's as A+.

Spoke with Calvin's wife. She said they have been going to the business for a good many years now. They were surprised that on the last visit, they were told that the vehicle has been fixed and they were told that the vehicle was pulling. She stated that when did pick up the vehicle they could feel that it was not fixed because they could feel the pulling. They called the business and were told to bring it back. They did and the staff were able to fix the pulling and the vehicle is now driving very well.

The Solara needs tires- and bad tires will definitely affect the drivability of a car as well as introduce pulls, and drifts not caused by being out of alignment. In your case, the alignment was performed to manufacturer specifications and the technician noted that the proper way to repair the car was to replace the tires, then have the alignment done. We went ahead and adjusted the alignment to minimize the pull for you. To do the repair properly though, you would really need to get new tires. When you get the tires replaced we would be happy to reset the alignment at no charge to the exact manufacturer specifications. Hopefully, that clears up why we were recommending tire replacement discovered by the suspension inspection. Thanks again for allowing us to service your car!!!
