I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that started making a ticking noise. I thought it just needed an oil change, so I took it to a car care place. When I picked my car up, they said the ticking noise was not due to needing an oil change. They said something is very wrong with my car. There was debris in the oil. They said the motor was shot and the repair would be almost $6000. I decided to get another opinion, so I called Ed's Car Care on North Clinton. The man that answered told me I should call the dealer because there was a campaign on my car that could possibly replace the motor. I didn't think that would ever happen, but I called them to ask. I brought my car to Glenbrook Hyundai to be checked. SO, now I'm getting a new motor put in my car!! Ed's Car Care could have told me to bring it in, and they would quote it for me. But no, they were honest with me and told me to make the call to the dealer. My family will ALL be using Ed's now. If you want someone honest and trustworthy, you should use them too. :)
