Michael said he had to take the vehicle back. He brought the vehicle for service on Tuesday and he took it back Wednesday, but the work still wasn't right, so he took it back again on Thursday and didn't get it back until Friday evening. All of his other services have been very satisfactory. He said this business offered him a vehicle while they were trying to get things straightened out. He chose not to elaborate on the nature of the problem.

Finally believe I found a place I can trust

I've seen more of Ed's this summer than I would like due to my Jeep Liberty but they've always done a great job. I've recommended to quite a few people aready.

At least you are willing to clean up your mess. The oil price is unfair and usary. My invoice states $63 dollars for 5 quarts of oil. I will make sure to bring my own oil if there is a next time. I have called you over the years to ask about motors and cars and problems. I was told my service would cost $50 or so. Fee was a $100. Mechanic left oil on the interior and spilled oil on my motor. It overflowed around the fill tube. Eventually the smell will go away. I know synthetic oil doesn't cost $50. So my invoice shouldn't have been so much.
