The radiator cap was leaking and there was a quick inexpensive fix!

To be honest they are probably more like a 5 star, but they don't bend over backwards for me. That is all...
Staff provides a prompt assessment of what needs done and a fixed cost. Picked it up the next day. Pretty amazing when you think of all that is involved.
They explained what the parts cost as well as the labor to do the job. They showed me the worn out part and explained why it was failing.
