Heater went out over the weekend. Brought the car in Monday, told to bring it back Tues for a possible work-in. Tuesday afternoon, problem was diagnosed and repair done by 5:00 pm. Great service!

You're a good listener and always stay in touch. The work at the garage is done on time and they get it right the first time. It's mainly about trust. I'm not a car mechanic by any stretch of the imagination, so I have learned to trust Ed's garage for keeping up with my old car, thereby ensuring my safety and that of my family. Way to go, Ed's!

Took my Blazer in for an oil change. Took about an hour which is fine. Talked to the owner for about 30 minutes. Nice guy and personable. Told him of my experiences with all of the garages that have screwed me since I moved to FW. Told him that I was a reasonable man and that if I am treated right, I would be an honest and fair customer. Told him that I hoped his shop was a cut above the rest. He assured me that they were a reputable business with experienced mechanics. At this point, I am pleased with my treatment at Ed's and will go back for my car care needs.

I was able to get the appointment time that was convenient for me. Service was quick. Employee was very polite and helpful. Your price for service was lower than othere places. It is difficult to find an establishment that will service my unique model of car. You are able to take care of all of my Smart Car needs. Thank you!!

Great job explaining the work that would be done and very pleased with the repair. However, since the test drive didn't take place until close to 5, there may not have been time for the mechanic to tell that there was another problem that made the car undriveable. Probably the tires need balanced, I will take it to the tire provider. It that is not the problem, I will definitely ask Ed' Car Care to once again fix my car.
