I had to take the vehicle back. I brought the vehicle for service on Tuesday and he took it back Wednesday, but the work still wasn't right, so I took it back again on Thursday and didn't get it back until Friday evening. All of my other services have been very satisfactory. This business offered me a vehicle while they were trying to get things straightened out. I chose not to elaborate on the nature of the problem.
Sorry Michael For the problems with your car. Every so often after changing the transmission filter the computer decides to change the adaptive lean shift points. This was the case with yours. We did not catch the shifting problem on our first test drive. I trust everything is fine now? We will call and verify that it is. Sorry again and thank you for being our customer.
