Kirk said he had a good experience but he really didn't get any work done this time because it wasn't worth it. He has sent his brother over and they took really good care of him. He's also has recommend this facility to more of his friends. He wants to send a special kudos to Neal since he did a fantastic job.

I only took our Pathfinder in for an oil change but the technicians at Ed's still took the time to examine our vehicle and identified some items that needed attention in the future. I have always appreciated that about them.

Dave said he put in a new exhaust system, so his vehicle runs like new. He doesn't have the equipment to do everything, though. The vehicle had a real bad wheel hop. He changed the lower control arms, but didn't have equipment for balancing the wheel. The business did a real good job. That's why he keeps going back. His wife drove to Indy today with no problems. The business has done work for him for well over 10 years and he has no complaints. He usually knows what's wrong with vehicles when he takes them in.
