I'm new to Fort Wayne and the staff was very friendly and provided me with the best customer service that I have ever seen. They are very honest and the work was done correctly.

My family always goes to Ed's engines for those types of repairs. He never over charges or does something unnecessary.

They also checked a few things I needed and ran a computer check at no extra cost

Service is a forgotten commodity anymore. It is refreshing to find it at Ed's-every single visit-for all the years I have been a customer.

I gotta say that Ed's is a class act. I was very impressed by the service and the employees both. I have been to a few different places in Fort Wayne and nothing thus far has compared to Ed's. Everything that was done to the car was told to us upfront without any hidden charges or surprises. All the work over the last couple of years has stood the test of time and on the rare case that something didn't seem right, Ed's took care of the situation quickly. I would highly recommend Ed's to my friends and family in he future.
