I appreciate that I can get our vehicles scheduled for service that works around my schedule. They always call first if they find something else that needs to be done. Also, they provide a list with recommendations for the next service appointment.

I was getting ready to move cross country and Ed's team really helped me get on the road safely. I felt that they did only what was needed and did the repairs well and in a timely manner. I am just sad that we are moving away and won't be able to go back in the future.

Ed's regularly services my '99 Mercury Grand Marquis, and they always do an excellent job. This is the first time I've ever dropped off my car the night before, and I was very pleased with the clean, well-lit (no shadows) key drop-off area. Felt very safe preparing my key envelope and dropping it in the mail slot. Thanks!
