I have been taking my car to Ed's Car Care since 2011 and never had one problem. Their techs are professional, their front desk personnel are courteous, and they go above and beyond to make sure the service you paid for was worth it.

I had made an appointment at 2 pm, but because during the mean time my tire was completely destroyed I had to have them tow it. This occurred during the Memorial Day weekend and they were closed. I left a message and just after 8 am they contacted my, worked out the detail, and I had my care fixed later that day.

Finally found a car shop I can trust! I went in for an oil change, and they checked over my car for free and let me know what repairs needed to be done and a time line for them. No pressure to get anything done right then or at their shop. First time I haven’t felt being taken advantage of at a car shop in a long time. Definitely recommend this shop to all my friends!

Ray said he went in because his oil light was on. He said he got an oil change and the oil light was still on and his vehicle will not start now. He said he wasn't given an estimate on how much it would cost to fix his vehicle or any information at all, he didn't like the experience at all and would not recommend.

As usual, great service at a fair price. And--plenty of good conversation to boot. What, as they say, is not to like?
