I don't like the young lady working at the frontdesk. She has attitude towards her customers and she is very impatinent and keeps interrupting me while I am explaining to her my car maintenance concerns. I WILL NOT VISIT YOUR PLACE ANYMORE JUST BECAUSE OF HER BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME.

I've been searching for a good mechanic in Fort Wayne for years and I think I finally found one. Chase kept me updated at every step of the way, letting me know what the concerns were and why they were concerns. He even provided some pricing on repairs before they went ahead and gave me time to think before giving the go ahead. Everyone there, from the front desk staff to the mechanics themselves, was friendly and personable. Best of all, my dashboard no longer lights up like a Christmas tree!
