Found Ed’s on a google search and I have yet to be disappointed. They are realistic, open and honest with repairs. They do not push things that don’t NEED to be done but make recommendations. Amazing service!

Anna said this is her second time there , she had a quote from another business and they gave her a competitive price , She has a vehicle , with all the bells and whistles and hasn't had it very long. When the vehicle was done, Casey came out and showed her how to use the heater settings and front and rear defroster. She thought that was very nice and appreciates Casey taking his time to show her

Have had no problems coming here but this last trip had a lot done. I asked them to check my spare tire since I don’t recall it ever being used.(It did need some air) I wished they would’ve told me it was going to cost $20. I probably wouldn’t have had them do it. Maybe my fault in not asking price but after spending $1000 there I even thought they might just do it as as a courtesy. This won’t stop me from using them though.

I had to bring in my 1992 Dodge Dakota pick up truck to be scoped and I asked the question if I should put more money into it with the problems I was experiencing. I was so impressed with how quickly they got the truck in, diagnosed it and got back to me with specific information so I could make an intelligent decision. The truck was old and tired.....I was looking for answers and they provided them for me.

From the moment I called and spoke to Alex to make an appointment, to the next day bringing my 2019 Subaru Outback in and chatting with Brian, I knew my vehicle was going to be well taken care of. My first 6000 mile service was due: oil change and tire rotation. I was a bit nervous, as I had a horrible experience with the local dealer's service department (that dragged out for over 8 months) and vowed I would NEVER go back, even for my first "free" oil change. I'm SO glad I found Ed's! Their staff put me completely at ease. Locally owned, professional, friendly service team. I was back in my vehicle within an hour and am thankfully satisfied. I fully trust Ed's with my service from now on.
