As always, Ed's did a bang up job! During my last oil change the service tech noted some areas of concern. They gave me an appointment to follow up on these. Casey kept me informed along the way and the work was done in quick order. When Casey called to tell that the vehicle was done we were unable to pick it up due to an unexpected medical problem with my wife. Casey told me to leave it over the weekend until I could get someone else to help me. (Note: I did stop by on Friday and paid for the repairs even though I could pick it up immediately). Most places could care less about a personal problem and work with you to find a solution. Need service for your vehicle? Having a problem or issue with it? Don't go anywhere else. Give Ed's a call, you'll be glad that you did.

I have found different car centers and mechanics to service my vehicles in all the states I have lived in. Moving to Indiana and finding Ed’s Car Care Center is a real joy. The service and sale personnel are kind, helpful and informative. The mechanics are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Most important is the honest and fair treatment I have received from everyone at Ed’s. I highly recommended them to service your car.

We are pleased with the work. We were without the car for 7 days which was unexpected. However Ed apologized and explained why this was.not the norm
