HONEST, THOROUGH, FRIENDLY, PROMPT! I would recommend Ed's to everyone I know. They are possibly the most thorough and honest shop I have used. If you own a BMW (or any other make, I'm sure) Ed's will do better service than BMW themselves and at a more fair price. Clean waiting room, friendly staff, and very communicative.

Comfortably waited in a clean customer waiting room with WIFI, candy, a bottle of water, and coffee at hand if I wanted some. I had an informative conversation about transmissions as the work was done quickly at the price quoted. Helpful counter folks who made sure I was well served. A very good experience!
